..just goes to show how long humans and birds have helped each other out in an aggravating spot. I missed the dog, too. I believe I can hear him growling. LOL
What fun to have the pictures and to know who is actually in them! We have a ton of photos and no one has a clue who is in them. Did you notice? She's even giving the photographer the finger!! LOL
Great photo! She looks like she could handle just about anything and come out the winner. Ancestors like that give you the spine to hang in there through about anything. What's that in her hand? Looks like a potato masher or a fly swatter. They probably had to drag her away from her work for the camera.
Good to see these old pictures. Always wondered about these people. When this was being clicked, did they ever imagine that one day these pictures will be seen all over the globe just by a click of the mouse.
Loving Grandma Busia . Love these old photos more and more ...so glad you keep sharing them. I just stare at them and see all kinds of things and old memories from when we were little and would visit our Kentucky kin ...was loads of fun. GRAM Busia looks very much like my great gram Eliza. The man in the hat with the high wasted belt ,oh ya, my kinda man ~ spiffy dresser.
You have inspired me with this beautiful old photo. I have so many here and I really should share them too. Maybe after the A to Z. Take care and give Dexterdog a hug from me.
Im feral, I dont respond at all like most domesticated bloggers- However thank you for even wanting to leave a comment, as long as it doesnt involve death threats or name calling, I might even respond.
