"Yes, I took a long vacation from blogging. Got a problem with that?"
“Feral ~ from feminine of ferus wild: having escaped from domestication and become wild…”
Ahhhh, priceless family photos.... ha ha ha, I love it! The dog looks like he's rather at the end of his rope too?? :))
OHMGOSH - YOU are right! I didnt even notice the dog as I was fixated on Busia - Excellent Eye!Now Im LOLing even more LOL!!!
laughing out loud!!! love this!!!
Just doing some blog catch up... these old photos are wonderful! Your checkup blog was very moving ~ congrats to you. Keep on smiling!
Remarkable resemblance! Tard the Grumpy Cat is most likely the most photographed car EVER. I think she's cute.
and tard has a brother too!
Heerlijk om zo even terug in de tijd te kunnen en daar mee weg te zwijmelen.
..just goes to show how long humans and birds have helped each other out in an aggravating spot. I missed the dog, too. I believe I can hear him growling. LOL
Yes, the dog looks pissed too. Funny! Busia - Russian or Polish - from Wisconsin...must be Polish?
Polish - that is why both of my daughters knew how to make pierogi by the time they were 15 LOL !
Oh I am loving these pics. Yup the dog looks like it may not want to be there either:)Bushia rocks just saying:) B
She's a classic! :-D
I can't stop laughing! Literally! Can't. Stop. xx
What a great picture and I'm glad Melody pointed out the dog! LOL!!
What fun to have the pictures and to know who is actually in them! We have a ton of photos and no one has a clue who is in them. Did you notice? She's even giving the photographer the finger!! LOL
She looks like the woman I have just blogged about x
Great photo! She looks like she could handle just about anything and come out the winner. Ancestors like that give you the spine to hang in there through about anything. What's that in her hand? Looks like a potato masher or a fly swatter. They probably had to drag her away from her work for the camera.
I don't think I'd mess with her. You go girl!
She looks like a pistol! Not difficult to see where you get your spunk. :)
that picture is priceless, as i'm sure she was!!
Good to see these old pictures. Always wondered about these people. When this was being clicked, did they ever imagine that one day these pictures will be seen all over the globe just by a click of the mouse.
Loving Grandma Busia . Love these old photos more and more ...so glad you keep sharing them. I just stare at them and see all kinds of things and old memories from when we were little and would visit our Kentucky kin ...was loads of fun. GRAM Busia looks very much like my great gram Eliza. The man in the hat with the high wasted belt ,oh ya, my kinda man ~ spiffy dresser.
I love looking at some of my parents' old old photos. i love to try to imagine what was going on in their minds at the time! - The Equestrian Vagabond
You have inspired me with this beautiful old photo. I have so many here and I really should share them too. Maybe after the A to Z. Take care and give Dexterdog a hug from me.
I am feral, so although I dont respond at all like most domesticated bloggers, I will try my best - Thank you for even wanting to leave a comment, as it may draw me out from the woods from whence I came! Or under a rock, it depends most days...
